This is the primary course of the program focused on addressing the 5 Tenets. These tenets were developed to address the key contributing factors to preventable line of duty deaths amongst law enforcement officers. This is a 4-hour block of instruction to be taught by a Below 100 certified trainer.
The Train the Trainer Course is only taught by Below 100 Core Trainers and instructs trainer candidates on how best to deliver the Intensive curriculum, to include strategies to help implement the 5 Tenets into an agency. This is also a 4-hour block of instruction, but candidates must first attend a Below 100 Intensive Course

Prepare to organize, coordinate, and deliver Crisis Intervention Training and Mental Health Officer Certification. This course will include the complete instructor package (lesson plans, student manuals, power point presentation, viseos, scenarios, and evaluation forms).
