Open the section that matches your role, then follow the steps in order. Most guides start from the dashboard page that role uses every day.

Some pages only appear for specific roles. If you do not see a page mentioned here, your account may not currently have permission to use it.

These are the most common starting points for anyone using the training system.

Find a course and decide whether to register

Use the catalog and event pages together when you want to see what is being offered and whether a class fits your schedule.

  1. Open courses.php to browse the course catalog and review course names, TCOLE numbers, and descriptions.
  2. Open the event or details link for the class you are interested in so you can review the location, dates, and current availability.
  3. Use events_calendar.php if you want to compare several upcoming events by date before choosing one.
  4. If you are allowed to self-register, continue to the event details page and use the registration action there.
  5. After registering, check my_enrollments.php to confirm the class appears under your active enrollments.

Keep your account information current

Your profile controls the contact details used throughout the system for rosters, certificates, and communication.

  1. Open profile.php from the menu or dashboard.
  2. Review your personal details carefully, especially name, email address, and any training-identification fields shown on the form.
  3. Update anything that is outdated, then save your changes.
  4. Return to my-home.php to continue working from your personal dashboard.
